• Either a Title deed OR Initial Contract of Sale for a property in Dubai. The stated property value on the title deed should be a minimum of 2 million AED for a 10-year visa.
• A passport copy (passport should have more than 6 months validity).
• Previous Emirates ID copy (if available).
• A digital photo on a white background.
• Health insurance coverage from a UAE-based insurance provider.
